Working in collaboration with our friends at Split Rock Distilling, we set out to create a chocolate bar unlike any other we have ever made. Certified organic single origin Dominican Republic cacao nibs are soaked in Split Rock’s 15th month aged organic Bourbon for several weeks. The resulting bar is robust and complex with a pronounced smooth and woody flavor profile. A true one of a kind chocolate experience!
