Website Inventory
We have thousands of items in stock in our stores but only a fraction of these have been added to our website so far. We are working daily to add more of our selection to our site, and we always welcome your inquiries if there is an item you are looking for! We might have it in stock and just not yet on our site.
Items that are shown on our site are in stock at one of our 3 stores, but may not be available in every store in real time. If you are interested in picking something up specific that you see on our site, please give us a call to ensure availability. If we don’t have an item of interest in stock we will get your product to your preferred store within 1-2 business days.
Curbside Pick-up Policy
We now offer pick-up option for our local customers! Customers may choose ‘Local Pickup’ and their preferred store location at checkout. Special arrangements can be made by contacting us by phone: Yarmouth (207) 846-6565, Freeport (207) 865-7007, Bath (207) 442-7600, or by email: support@islandtreasuretoys.com.
Product availability varies by store, and sometimes an item is not available for immediate pick-up at your preferred store. If that is the case we will give you a call right away and let you know how we will coordinate your full order pick-up. We are able to get your product to your preferred pick-up location within 1-2 business days, alternatively, we can make work with you to exchange for an in-stock item or off a refund on an item that we don’t have ready when you need it.

We offer free gift wrapping on all purchases, in-store and online! Just let us know which items you would like wrapped and we are happy to offer that service free of charge. We love shipping fully-wrapped presents to surprise your friends and family!

If you are not satisfied with a purchase we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 90 days of receipt (excluding delivery charges). Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards online. Our checkout is powered by PayPal and PayPal may offer other options for payment if you choose to use your PayPal account. In our stores we accept all major credit cards, checks with valid ID and our store gift cards.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order and you can expect to receive your order within 6-10 days depending on USPS delivery schedules. Our standard delivery charges listed are for UPS Ground or Priority Mail (USPS) from Freeport, Maine.
